This makes it tough to get your hands on Modafinil legally. The truth is you would have to go to a special “brain” hospital in China to get a prescription for Modafinil in China.
Then you would have to go to a high “district” level hospital to actually fill the prescription, as Modafinil is not sold in typical pharmacies in China (Source).
